Weir Pumps Glasgow was incorporated into Clyde Pumps Ltd in May 2007. As a result of this transaction, the diverse portfolio of technologies, process knowledge and expertise generated by Weir Pumps has been transferred into Clyde Pumps.  In November 2008 CLYDEUNION was formed from the joining of Clyde Pumps and Union Pump.
