Aftermarket Conference To Improve Customer Offering

Clyde Pumps Agents hold the first two network conferences, to ensure continued high standards in aftermarket business.

 

Recently Clyde Pumps held the first two Agent Aftermarket Conferences and both were acknowledged by all attendees as major successes.

The first conference was held in Dubai and included Agents from our Africa and Middle East territories and the second conference was held in Thailand  which included Agents from South Korea, South Asia and India. 

Main objectives were:

• to ensure that our Agency network in Middle East, Africa, India, South Asia and South Korea has a clear understanding of CPL's aftermarket capabilities.

• to train our agents on pump fundamentals and equip them to help customers with technical problems at site.

• to listen to our agent network in order to identify improvements which will help solve our customer’s site problems.

The success of both conferences generated very positive feed-back from our agents and all Clyde personnel. It is hoped that increased communication and interaction will increase the standards of customer service and improve the overall physical provision that Clyde Pumps offer.
